2. Table booking

In the reservation form we can process the name, telephone number, e-mail address, date and time of booking, number of persons and voluntarily entered notes.

Data are processed to take action on request of the person prior to the conclusion of the contract and to operate the reservation – pursuant to Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. Data may also be processed to the extent necessary to establish, pursue or defend claims where justified by law.

Providing the data required in the form is voluntary but necessary to support the booking.

If you contact us by telephone or e-mail, we process the data transmitted in the message only to the extent necessary to respond and conduct correspondence.

4. Data recipients

Data may be entrusted to entities that provide us with hosting, e-mail, website maintenance or other services necessary for its operation only to the extent necessary to perform these services. Data may also be made available to authorised authorities where such an obligation derives from the law.

The booking data shall be kept for the period necessary to handle it and, if necessary, for the period needed to secure or pursue claims. We keep the correspondence for the time necessary to complete the case and to demonstrate its course.

The website uses cookies and session mechanisms necessary for the operation of forms, security and administration panel. At this stage, the website does not use its own analytical or advertising tools.

If we add analytics, advertising or other optional technologies in the future, the policy will be complemented accordingly.

The website may contain links to external services such as Instagram. Upon transition to such a service, the privacy of its operator shall apply.

Policy can be updated with the development of the site and the addition of new functions, such as online orders, payments or additional integrations.
